Everyone was very friendly. The therapist did great job . All safety protocols were followed making me feel safe.

Steve was sensational. He made me feel very comfortable and despite having a "rock hard neck" he was able to alleviate some of my tension and stress. He did a great job.

I have visited a number of Hand & Stone locations, but the Stoneham one in particular has really impressed me with the quality of their staff and attention to detail.

Therapist was excellent and the receptionist was very helpful.

Marie was helpful and knowledgable of what needed to be done to alleviate the very specific pain I was experiencing. She did a great job keeping pressure on my hard as rock muscles!

Steve was very helpful and knew which areas seemed to be causing my back pain. I came in being very uncomfortable with pain and left with about 95 percent pain gone. Woke up still feeling good. Feel much better thank you.

I was a guest of my daughter in Stoneham ma but I’m also a member in Warrington pa. I found the facility clean, the staff courteous and helpful, the therapist knowledgeable and skillful . I continue to be impressed with the quality of Hand & Stone .i plan to both remain a member of this club but also gift services to my daughter.
