Satisfied with treatment but was not on time.

I feel if the massage is supposed to be one hour, the time to pick up and undressed should not be part of the one hour knocking it down to 50 minutes. Two receptionists gave me diff info on pricing.

Purchased gift card for a couples message however before the appointment front desk notified me that that couples massage would cost more than what the gift card included without explanation as to why

I was very satisfied, however there is always room for improvement. I thought the facial was an hour, but it was actually only 50 minutes. I think that needs to be made clearer.

I was not unhappy with the services. It was good. I have definitely experienced better massages at outside spas. However, I did say it was a good massage for the value.

I want you to know that I’m answering these questions as honest and truthful in literal as possible. Susie Bertini is the whole reason I go to get a massage at this location? I don’t prioritize getting a massage though getting a massage with Susie is just a plus. Susie and I are very much like the first massage I received was better because she talked more. She didn’t talk as much this massage. But nevertheless, the massage was relieving

I booked 1.5 hours 9-1030. She finished 10 min early at 10:20 . 10 minutes isn’t a huge deal but when you’re paying for it .

I’m satisfied . I’ve seen a few people and they’re all good at different things. Sometimes I need a person with more strength. Facial with Talia the other day was amazing.
