I had a 90 minute appointment. It started 15 minutes late. My 1:30 appointment started at 1:45 and end at 3:00. I feel cheated 15 minutes, which I so could have used.

Everything went well, service and personnel were great, therapist did everything requested and a great job and was wonderful. I’d recommend her and the facility. It was the room itself. It just felt less spa and more commercial. Not sure if it was the amount of space, or the setup of area but the room felt like a converted office or something. Still enjoyed my experience and highly rated all aspects otherwise.

Felt the masseuse was too pushy and yet unsure of herself (kept asking about pressure - once is good, multiple times - too much)...tried too hard to make sure I'd come back at checkout

The massage therapist's social skills were extremely awkward, making me feel a bit uncomfortable during my massage. It's hard to put in words but she was a bit strange (not her fault but some coaching would likely be very beneficial) and I felt guarded because of it.

Highly satisfied is a high standard to meet. I was satisfied with the service. Suzy worked the knots in my shoulders with a perfect amount of pressure. I did not get the relaxation part of a massage I was hoping for but my body (the knots in the shoulders) must have been speaking to her. I told her I will be recommending that my boyfriend go see her to have his tension knots worked out. She did a phenomenal job at that and that would be exactly what he would be looking for. She was very friendly and personable. I was just hopping for a bit more of an “escape the world” experience.

Appointment started 20 minutes late. Receptionist didn't know how to apply packages to our service Therapist did not communicate much at all No area to put your personal belonging Putting our membership on hold is a lot of work; need to speak with a manager, need to ask your home location - couldn't make this happen when in the Hand and Stone location. Not good value for the money.

Hand and stone owes me one membership credit in which it claims I transferred to someone else which I did not. I require a refund of my membership credit. Please assist.

I booked a new visit and was charged the full cost of a facial. I submitted a request to have it reviewed and have not heard back. My Esthetician was fine but did not tell me anything about what she was doing. It was my first time at this spa and I'm accustomed to a review of the steps. Overall it was fine, but not an experience I would recommend to someone else
