The location itself is loud. You can hear the cars in the parking lot reving around and sometimes the lobby cam be noisy from the massage room.

All the additional services add up quickly, if you only book a classic facial coveted in your membership there is no relaxation factor at all.

Getting one's face waxed is never a pleasant experience, but the you woman who took care of me I believe did the best she could.

My esthetician was extremely chatty, and I usually like a quiet service so I can relax and not focus on keeping the conversation going. I had three add-ons for $15 each - two were just essentially hand lotion and foot lotion, nothing additional. For $15 I definitely expected more - a massage or something, even a brief one, which did not occur (or if it did it was super light - essentially nothing). I won’t be doing those again.

Massage ended 10 minutes early. Only need 5 min to get dressed/undress. Maybe a tip box or jar. Butter mints and tissues would be nice for long waits besides water.

I’ve had facials before and there are more steps to it.

I requested a female massage therapist. I was greeted by a male therapist. The table was so high had issue getting up onto the table and getting off.

Emerson did a great job. You need more people in the Stoneham branch. Sometimes it’s hard to get an appointment.

The service was fine, nothing special; same for ambiance. I was annoyed that I was promoted a membership at checkout after saying I wasn’t interested
