No massage cream was use

I had purchased a hot stone massage .One of the hot stone machines was not working.They wanted to upgrade to Himalayan salt stones.I didn’t think we should have to pay more for something that wasn’t my fault.They addressed and fixed the situation.

The value of the experience, I had seen online that there was a discount for first time customers but the receptionist said that there was no rate. The massage therapist was good and very friendly

I was satisfied. I prefer a little more pressure. She was very gentle even after I suggested a little more pressure.

I should have asked for a deep Issue massage. And also would have eliminated hand and foot treatment to have more body massage. I feel that this was my fault for not being more clear even though I was asked. Honestly though I did enjoy the massage

I wish there could’ve been hot towels to use like on the back of my neck after work was done on it. The music wasn’t on right away but glad the masseuse had inquired about it for me. Overall the experience was great just wish was longer.

I was twice asked to confirm my appointment on line. I confirmed I would be on time. I arrived 10 minutes early knowing there would be paperwork. Regardless I had to wait 15 minutes beyond my scheduled time for my masseuse.

Trying to get a convenient appointment has been a challenge. The bookings are too far out. A week or more. How can walk-ins possibly be welcome?!? Once we finally received appointments (we have 9 pre-paid credits on our account!), my therapist had car problems, and arrived 30 minutes late. Luckily an appointment cancelled at the last minute and I was able to get the full massage.

My therapist did not do the entire therapies I had booked

The air is broken or they can not fix it they said. Was 80 when I got there and therapist asked in beginning as it went down but then mid massage it was so hot. Sweating. Not the therapists fault but seems an issue that both her and receptionist were aware of and I complained before going in.
