I had a serious problem with an appointment being canceled 30 minutes before it started. I want to thank Lindsey for helping make it right after the fact and getting me a new appointment but it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.

Extremely limited availability for massage services.

The room was too cold

Have been to other spas and have been offered water after the massage. This may not be possible right now due to covid-19 restrictions.

The room was so cold that when my extremities were out from the sheets they were cold to touch.

My appt. was originally scheduled for an earlier day. Staff called me the day before to cancel my appt. because the “therapist no longer works here.” Someone was supposed to call me back to reschedule after checking with a therapist about her availability. No one ever called me back. I had to call three days later to reschedule. For the past few months, my monthly membership fee hasn’t shown up as being paid at check out time. Last month, the receptionist told me she’d have to call me about how much they were going to charge my card on file. Once again, no one ever returned the call, even though a charge did appear on my card. This month, the receptionist couldn’t find my payment and told me she “had to call her manager.” She did finally “figure it out,” but I don’t know why this keeps happening. Lastly, and this is just an FYI, I always schedule an 80 minute massage. This month’s massage was actually for the full 80 minutes! However, during the vast majority of my prior appointments, the service itself has never lasted 80 minutes. It’s always less. I always arrive on time and am super fast at getting ready for the therapist. This is very disappointing.

The receptionists Seemed busy in their own conversation didn’t really acknowledge me when I came in. Told her my name and they just said OK you can have a seat

It was a nice, clean studio with a good massage.

I was satisfied with the visit. I will be back and I will refer to others. I only comment is I would’ve liked a little bit more moisturizer applied during the massage.
