I purchased a BOGO massage last year. When I called I asked to upgrade to the cold stone face massage. I asked what the price difference was when I called I was told $15, I also told her I purchased the BOGO and that is what I was using. When I got to the cashier she told me she "thought " I would owe "$15". she called the manager over . I now owed the difference of $65 for the massage and $25!! for the cold stone. I simply stated it is crazy how prices keep changing and that is not at all what I was told. She finally charge me just the $15. I was going to rebook. Steve was amazing at the massage. I would have rebooked. However, I had a sour taste that I had to calm down from. I'm sure you can understand. I work in the service industry. You can't do that to clients. Especially first time clients. Thank you!

It wasn't anything to write home about. I've had better, I've had worse. And although the therapist (Steve) did concentrate on my shoulders (as I had asked), I had also asked to have my feet massaged for extra time & that wasn't done. Bit disappointing.

He used way too much oil and when I asked him to focus on an area, he was not massaging it. I am not sure what I would call what he was doing . It was an ok massage. I won't have it with him again. He was very nice but his massage was not for me

Everything was great especially with my facial.. I have no complaints on my facial and am highly satisfied with everything regarding my facial. However as far as my massage I’m disatisfied with the time it lasted... I paid for an hour massage and it lasted from 3:16 to 3:55 so it was a 39 minute massage and not even close to an hour. But I do think she did a great job on the actual deep tissue massage. My only complaint is the lack of time it lasted. Also there schould be some sort of relaxing scent in the room for no extra charge ... diffuser, in scents or a candle. That’s part of the ambiance and shouldn’t cost extra!

It was a great visit, but I am old and I am more satisfied with Med Spas, because my skin is aging fast. However, this was a very nice place and a very nice service. My esthetician was lovely.

The esthetician was warm and friendly, but not experienced. She did not explain anything and said doing the red light therapy was her first time. Having had many facials it was clear she was not seasoned

Prefer tables that elevate the knees higher for back problems, when lying face up. Better insulation to block out sounds from other rooms and hallway.

I was hoping for Ipo laser treatment for dark spots in my facial. I got the LED treatment but I’m not sure how it works. Or the difference. I would like to see add on options for the facials.

The massage was okay. The person who gave the massage smelt like cigarettes and made the room smell a little. Not the best thing to smell when I’m trying to relax.
