Hand and Stone

Facial was different from what I am use to. Normally your face is steamed and pore cleaning followed up with a mask for 10 mins. This was steam towels and no mask at End. The esthetician was very pleasant it just was not my preferred type of facial. I like old school facials. Really hard sell on the membership at the end at checkout which was somewhat uncomfortable. I shun away from establishments that do that.

There's an inconsistency with this location verses the other locations I've been to. Typically with a facial I've always received a hand, arm and neck massage while my mask is setting or towards the end of the facial. I was very happy with everything else though! I just expected to also have that little extra piece of relaxation like I do at other H&S locations.

Would like to experience other therapists. Seem to be understaffed. Worked too much on back Massage was 50 minutes. Thought it was an hour

I had booked a hot stone massage then when checking out was informed I received a deep tissue massage because the stones weren’t ready for my appointment. I felt someone should have communicated that prior. Also there was a burning smell in the room during my massage that made it difficult to fully relax.
