My facial was the best I ever had! Results was amazing!

Everyone was kind and friendly. The massage therapist was knowledgeable and did a great job working the knots out of the area I asked her to focus on. She gave me greats tips for what to ask for the next time I get a massage.

I enjoyed the appointment! I prefer a lot of pressure and i has good pressure. I wish more focus was on my mid back/ neck (which i stated was my problem areas) verses my arms and legs though. But overall 10/10 i will be back!

In the past, the receptionists and managers have been a little all over the place. But this time, t/he woman at the front desk was great and the esthetician was amazing. This last apt on 8/23 for a Micro Derm Abrasion Facial and Back Facial plus eyebrow wax, were really great. I really like me membership with Hand & Stone in Stoneham. I have recommended several of my friends to try it.

I had a terrible reaction to my facial. My face is raw and burning and itchy. Jaimie was great though

Massage therapist was attentive and knowledgeable. I liked the option to customize the room to ensure comfort. Foyer and massage room were clear and calming.

Friendless professionalism of all staff

My facial and massage were wonderful! I felt so relaxed. My only suggestion is maybe to have masseuse ask in advance if they want to talk or not during massage. Thanks!
