Gianna was great!! The staff were all very welcoming and knowledgable.

The esthetician was very friendly and helpful. She was extremely thoughtful and communicated with me throughout the appointment. She also gave me suggestions for skincare.

I felt that the receptionist was incredibly kind and easy to talk to, I barely had to wait at all for my appointment, and the esthetician was so thorough!

Danielle was wonderful and knowledgeable. She was helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Elaine at the front desk was wonderful also

The ambiance and the receptionist were so welcoming. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and used a nice amount of pressure. The while experience was so pleasant.

Overall, the experience and products are worth the membership plan. I really like that I can rotate between both massages and facials for my services and that they can be rolled over. My only request is for more massage availability on weekends to fit my schedule. It was near impossible to get a massage time on a weekend earlier in the year. I was just able to make a massage and facial appt for May on the same day, so I’m hoping that has improved.

I loved the additional touches in the hydration facials as well as Danielle's knowledge of the products and their ingredients.

It was a nice atmosphere. I called a few times and they were professional. Gabby was great. I have had facials in Ulta and privately. My only complaint is the towels. None of the other places had such rough towels. Gabby used something else after I told her. My husband bought this as a gift. I would prefer getting the 3 facials when I want and not forced to do one a month for three months. I wanted my husband to use the free facial. He had a good experience too.

Been difficult to book at the Stony Brook location (also can't book online there) so it was nice to find availability in Smithtown
