The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The facial service was very refreshing. The promotion for the facial got me to make an appt.

Front desk manager was very courteous and professional. My esthetician Porsche explained everything that was to be done during the visit. She was very attentive and made 2 very good recommendations for a face cleanser and exfoliating scrub.

My 1st time experience with Vito was amazing…I was surprised to find out he’d only been serving for approximately 2 years because he honestly has the Perfect Touch. I’ve been to other Hand & Stone locations but felt more & home at this Smithtown location. Adored Emily the owner! Highly recommend to Family & Friends!! 🤎

My esthetician, Danielle, was fantastic. She was super gentle, and made my skin look flawless! Also, the receptionist Dierdre was very sweet and helpful.

The massage therapist was friendly, and skilled at her job. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend her to others, but she is very booked already. The checkout person was friendly and accommodating, and helped me make future appointments. A good experience overall.
