I have to say that the Spring Lake, NJ location is absolute trash after experiencing the level of customer service that I did at your Smithtown location. Quite literally, NIGHT AND DAY. The staff at the location in Jersey I originally signed for is rude, disrespectful, and outright entitled - whereas Dana from Smithtown, the new assistant manager, was somebody who I wish I could hire to work for me at my company. Dana is the definition of professional, from inquiring about an appointment over the phone, to the accommodations she was able to make for me upon my arrival was truly what will make me come back to hand and stone time and time again. Coupled with the fact that I was paired with an incredible therapist who was able to address my problems with ease, knowledge, and most importantly - a solution. Alicia was incredible, and I'm happy to have given her an additional regular client, as I don't plan on booking any where else, with anybody else, for the foreseeable future. Thank you Hand and Stone, SMITHTOWN NY for the incredible experience, and make sure you check in on those folks in Jersey - they could use a class or two on courtesy and professionalism in the workplace.
