Turned off that tips had to be $25.00 or more to be put on a card. I was going to split too $10.00 on card and $10.00 cash but then when I couldn’t put in card, massage therapist lost out since I didn’t have much cash on me.

I was using multiple spa credits, but was not explained how to make the most of those credits. In the past it was explained exactly what credits I was using, this was not the case at this visit. I wound up losing credit because extra offering were not offered to me.

Highly satisfied means someone went above and beyond. This visit didn't require that. And although it did not start quite on time, it was a good massage. Not extraordinary, but good.

I don’t live nearby which is why I won’t be returning to this location in the near future.

I received an email about a free 20 min scalp massage if I booked on the specific day I did and I never received that add-on during my appointment

I was Satisfied with my experience since it was my first massage at Hand and Stone, and while I originally wanted a deep tissue massage, that service was unavailable at the time I was coming in. That said, the therapist applied pressure to relieve some of the pain I was experiencing, though I will make a point to book a deep tissue next time.

I was scheduled for a classic facial. The esthetician must have used enhanced products without tell me that there was an up charge prior to using them. She gave me choices but I figured they were part of the classic facial. I thought I was spending $129 come to find out it was much higher amount when I checked out. I did add an aromatherapy head massage. I don’t believe that a full 10 min was spent on my head. What really bothered me was as the end the esthetician used a tinted moisturizer! I looked like an umpa lumpa when I left. I didn’t like the fact that when I left I felt like I needed to wash my face. She should be asking prior if I wanted tinted or non tinted. I will probably be back to this establishment because this wasn’t my first time and I know they have other estheticians , however if this was my first time , I’m not sure if I would go

I would be pleased with more times of availability in the evenings.
