I was displeased about hearing a vacuum running. The massage was great! I thought it was very tacky that H&S emailed me regarding whether I left gratuity or not. (Which I did!!!) Problem 1. Check your my receipt or the receptionist. Problem 2. It was insulting to think that I wouldn’t leave a tip. I understand it was an error but didn’t sit right with me.

Therapist should have worn a mask during first part of head and shot while I’m facing up. I could feel her breath on my face. She should have advised me on bed positioning when on stomach, my arms were not comfortable.

I feel the facial that is included in the monthly membership fee should include options that do not require using points or rewards.

The two receptionists didn’t offer me water, restroom and barely acknowledged me. Also when I left, they didn’t say goodbye or anything like usual and they both were not on the phone when I left.

My facial was nice; however, I was quoted a different price for an add on than I was charged (2x as much). I feel that the employees need to know currant pricing in order to give their clients the best experience possible, and not have them blindsided by a price that is twice as much as they are quoted. Also, the current receptionists are not nearly as friendly or knowledge. I am used to a pleasant person answering the phone or greeting me with their name and calling me by mine. The new women are so out of touch, that they actually called me while I was having my facial to tell me that they had to cancel my next appointment. And then never said anything to me when I came out of the room. I found the message on my cell phone when I got home and had to call back. Even then, at first, they had no idea what was talking about. I realize that they might be new, but being pleasant goes along way when you're trying to navigate a new system. And they should never ask a client how much money they put in a sealed envelope for the technician.

The massage therapist was truly great and relieved my neck and head pain and it was perfect pressure and everything. The only thing i'm disappointed in was that i asked for the treatments for sinus/headaches and was told my massage therapist didn't do those things so i couldn't add them on. That was the only negative takeaway from my visit. other than that, it was amazing.

The receptionist helped someone else while I was already trying to book an appointment. The music is too busy for me to truly relax, my recommendation would be for solfeggio frequency music

If I want a massage the available bookings are over a month out I need after work but even recently as I am off work there was nothing available Facials are more available. The service itself is excellent

Clean and comfortable. relaxing but the therapist could have applied a bit more pressure. my fault for not giving feedback

I'm very happy with my first appointment at Hand and Stone. It makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Hope it is keeping on in the future appointment, it should be even better.
