I guess I needed to check harder for the massage. Next time I will ask for a harder massage.

My therapist did not address my problem area for long enough. He confused my psoas for my piriformis. The draping was a bit hap hazard and although the pressure was ok the strokes were a bit rough, too general and not specific enough for my taste. He didn’t engage the muscles adequately.

It took an unusually long time to check out. I know I was using a gift transferred from a family member who is a member and that takes time but still. Enjoyed the ambiance, check in and services, including my wait in the relaxing hall in between my facial and massage.

Light in room too bright & took over two months to wait for apt to be available. Should also be 60 mins for the amount of $ paid.

Provider was skilled but rough and a little clumsy. Lots of clattering/slamming noises during treatment. Not very calming.

When I booked my appointment online, I know that I specified that I had a preference for female massage therapists. When I was greeted by the male therapist, I didn't raise the issue because I have plenty of experience with male therapists, I just prefer females. This is a personal issue, but I don't like to feel the long arm hairs on my skin during a massage. The male therapist was very knowledgeable and skilled, I just couldn't fully relax because of the arm hair matter.

I transferred a service. Upon completion I was told there was a $70 charge. I should have been informed when transferring the service and booking my appointment. It was $10 to transfer and then another $70 for my appointment. I don’t agree with that and should have been informed.

Unfortunately this location lost a massage therapist abruptly due to a family situation and had to juggle appointments. Until they are able to hire staff there are limited appointments available.

The facial was fine but, I realize now that the wax was too hot for my brow waxing. I've experienced stinging, redness, and puffiness on both eyes for 2 days now. One eye also has small red cuts. I took pictures in case you would like to see. I purposely don't go to nail salons for waxing to prevent this and didn't expect this to happen here.
