I haven’t been able to book an appointment online for months. Please fix the website. It’s frustrating to always have to call.

It was a good visit. My esthetician, Danielle was fantastic.

Couldn't schedule online and had less availability once I called to book so I had to schedule a few appointments for different things and didn't get quite what I intended.

The only thing I would say is maybe the employee should have briefly described each product she applied.

I have only been highly satisfied with Renee who is on leave. Would like to have a good alternative therapist to go to when Renee is not available.

The treatment started about 10 minutes late. I waited a long time after undressing for the therapist to return. She also did not return in a timely manner after dressing. I made the next appointment and left without seeing her.

There is only one male massage therapist, and his schedule books up fast. There should be more than one male massage therapist!!!

I originally wanted to make a massage appointment but there was very limited availability. When scheduling I had a few questions about the use of my GC and the receptionist had to put me on hold 2 times to get answers. When checking out after my service, there was confusion with the program used for booking and checking out. It took almost 15 minutes. That being said, the staff was apologetic, and very friendly. I did sign up for a membership and look forward to future services.

I wanted a sports massage and while some of the area's he focused (had to tell him) on was decent. The rest of the massage felt very rushed. I did not feel super relaxed and I did not come off the table feeling refreshed.

The receptionist and massage therapist were very nice and easy tor work with. The room was basic but everything seems clean and orderly.
