I understand that I was getting a discount. However, the facial was basic, nothing special about it.

Everyone was friendly and the facial was relaxing. I also learned about a new product to use for my face. Nice atmosphere!

You only have one person working at the front desk .At the time of my check out she was not only helping me but helping check i. And check out other members .It look very robotic .you need to help one person at the time so they feel appreciated ,

The overall service was excellent & I will definitely return. My only negative observation was that the facial time seemed shorter than I expected. It was a very relaxing experience.

I really wanted a dual service, both massage and facial. There were no appt available. There was no attempt for me to book a massage in the near future. I now will call back and see if there are appt available.

The Therapist was super friendly and I would definitely want to see her again. The pressure of the massage could have been more but I don’t think it was her fault since I never said anything. It was my first time there so I was just trying to feel things out. I would have told her for next time.

I paid for a foot scrub and it was sub-par ~ it was more like a calf scrub. Also I thought I was going to get a scalp massage but it was not worth it- it was absolutely nothing special.

In almost every facial that I have ever had, there is some kind of arm, shoulder, and neck massage. I had a few different masks - some as long as 5 minutes or 4 minutes- there was plenty of opportunity. Only towards the end did Jade ask if I wanted a shoulder massage- making me feel like that was something extra. Also, she asked if I wanted collagen but did't at that time say what the price would be. Lastly, it said on my intake that I am a runner. when she applied some mask, I had to ask if I could be exposed to sun. It was a great facial for my skin- but it was just fine in other ways.

Treatment was good but not exceptional.

I was overall very satisfied. I came in with a ton of pain and the majority of it was gone but I still felt some pain - the therapist also told me to be more hydrated next time to better help the massage work so it may have been my own fault and not the therapist.
