Hand and Stone

I added a hand treatment and learned while in the room that it would take 10 minutes away from my massage. ....the treatment was only a quick exfoliation and cream massage which might have been part of the massage.. It was nothing special. I was disappointed that I added it . I thought mitts or heat might be on my hands the entire massage or something special other than a massage and cream. I also was thinking there would be a shower in the facility so I can arrive after a workout at the gym...but not a problem, I can shower at the gym. I thought certain teatments would require a shower . I did sign up for a member ship and thought the massage was excellent

It was just an okay massage. I wrote on my form that I wasn't a fan of foot massage, but I got one anyway. I wish she would have spent a little more time on my back/shoulders. This is not her fault - this happened the last few times I visited a Hand & Stone (I go to different ones) - please stop giving warm water after a massage. At the very least, it should be cool, nut ice cold would be better. I don't normally drink water unless it's really cold. Warm water is disgusting.

Waited 1/2 hour for appt time. Was told to arrive 15 mins early and still was taken 15 mins late. It was opening week so it is to be expected. I will return

I felt like my appointment was an hour long sales pitch. Huge turn off that won't bring me back anytime soon.
