I was extremely happy with my experience at this Hand & Stone location. The team members were very friendly and helpful without trying to “up sell” all of their services. Alexandria was my massage therapist and was very knowledgeable and gave me the absolute best massage! I will definitely be returning soon

The 2 receptionists and massage therapist were so friendly and professional! I brought my friend for her 30th birthday and was able to use my membership transfer for her massage. Very satisfied with this visit and location, loved the oil diffusers and cool lights perfect ambience.

One of the best, if not the best, massages I’ve ever had! I booked last minute for a massage the following day and was lucky enough to get scheduled with Shane. He was both friendly and incredibly professional - you can tell he really loves what he does for a living. This is one of the first experiences where I know my massage therapist actually read over the questionnaires I completed. Upon walking me to my room, Shane went over the answers to my questions (problem areas, preferred pressure, etc) before beginning the massage and asked me more questions to better gauge what I was looking for during my treatment. My massage was exactly what I was looking for and truly exceeded my expectations. And as an added bonus, all of the ladies at the front were super sweet and informative! Looking forward to going back.

She was great her name is Alexandra I can really thank her sooo much on how I feel today how amazing she was with me I can’t wait to book with her again and the front desk girls are just so friendly and welcoming .

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Amber gave an excellent massage and focused on everything I requested. Excellent!
