I absolutely love my Esthetician Mary Ann! She is very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my facial peel and light therapy!

I missed my 11am appointment, but they were able to reschedule my appointment to 3pm that same day. I was truly grateful for their flexibility.

This store is clean & bright. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. My therapist Allison is wonderful.

The staff at the EHT location is so sweet and caring. I got my appointment date mixed up due to being called into work (Hospital professional) the night before. When I came in to apologize, the staff was more concerned about me (my safety, well-being) because I'm always on time for my massages. They even rescheduled my appointment for later that day so that I could get some other errands done. Talk about the best!! And my massage therapist Alexandria is amazing. She always gets me together and ready to to my best at work. I love my EHT Hand & Stone.

When I entered the shop, I felt very welcomed by the decorations and displays, the ladies were very kind and patient with me and directed me on where to go. The therapist who did my massage did a great job at explaining and I felt very relaxed during the massage. The hot stones may have been my favorite part of the massage, I would definitely recommend this experience to someone.

The overall feel of the space was very calming and welcoming. Pam, my esthetician, was extremely nice and paid attention to each of my problem areas. The nice people working the front desk gave me all of the info I needed.

As stated in your survey Allison paid attention to areas that have impacted my mobility. She explained possible causes for my pain.
