I was very satisfied it was my first time there.i felt very comfortable and well treated.the massage and facial were amazing.i woke up today and my skin looks amazing !

The reason I would not return to this Hand and Stone is because I was visiting from out of town. Excellent service, especially the receptionist. We were having trouble with my gift card and she was very patient and did not give up. I was willing to just use my credit card but she insisted on finding the solution to the gift card difficulty.

Everyone was very friendly. They did a great job making sure I was comfortable. Overall had a very relaxing morning getting my facial, and the receptionist did a great job letting me know about the current deals and packages available.

My massage therapist was awesome!

I’m going through a stressful time and this was a nice retreat during our chaos. It was nice to have the option to have everything about my facial explained after so I could relax. Next time I’ll ask her to explain during!
