My visit provided an outstanding experience! Bryanna was friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Patricia provided and excellent massage. It was very thorough and relaxing. She addressed the areas of pain, as I requested. Ky made my very first facial extremely positive and enjoyable. She was warm and friendly, and did an outstanding job. She was highly professional, and did a great job of explaining the techniques and products being used. She was very patient with my questions, and was obviously very knowledgeable. I did not know what to expect, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I look forward to a return visit!! Thank you!!

Spa was brand new and very clean. The massage was great and everyone was very professional.

The staff are always pleasant, professional and take the time to listen and discuss options to specific to meet my needs. I've been to several different Hand and Stone locations and have always been extremely satisfied with the services.

The receptionists were very friendly and super helpful with redeeming rewards , mentioning upgrades and such . My therapist also did an excellent job . She Listened to my requests, had excellent pressure , relaxed demeanor, checked in to make sure pressure was right table heat was right . My husband booked a massage at the same time and was equally satisfied. We rarely have duel appointments that turn out excellent for both of us . This visit was one of those few occurrences.

My daughter and I both had facials. Mine was with Ky - she was extremely knowledgeable and provided a wonderful experience. I also had a hand paraffin wax which was AMAZIING!!!!! My daughter's esthetician was Taylor - she created a relaxing and satisfying atmosphere from beginning to end. She was quiet, gentle and knowledgeable about my skin and the products best for me. I have never enjoyed a facial so much and she invited me back for a back facial. Unfortunately, we don;t live in the area and won't be regular clients, but will visit when back in the area.
