Got an appointment for the same day I called. Julie was an excellent masseuse. She listened to my request for heavy pressure and focused on my neck and back.

I took my daughter and I for the first time to your spa. It was a special day out for both of us. And everything was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for a job well done.

Jennifer at the front desk was so professional and friendly! I had an excellent deep tissue massage with Julia. She is fantastic! The new location is beautiful!! Will definitely be back!! Great job!!

The massage I don’t feel was completed head to toe, my feet and everything below my calves never were touched, also felt not enough massage oil was used it felt like a very dry rubbing

I enjoyed the experience. Could have been more time spent with hands on. A little too much pressure applied.

Have had many massages in different venues this is a good service provider, not the best I have ever had, but not the worst either. I enjoyed it. Not much more to add.

The way I use my rewards( I joined) really is not clear.

While waiting in the lobby for my appointment, someone was on the phone in the office with the door open trying to solve an issue with a member. It was a very long conversation that lasted the whole time I was waiting and was very loud. Might think about lowering the tone or closing the door

I’ve been to other spas that do better

It was pleasant, however I would have preferred the esthetician to apply a bit more pressure when applying the products .. I don’t think there was anything outstanding in terms of the products and application approach. But overall, it was nice & relaxing.
