Hand and Stone

My appointment was at 10. I wasn’t taken back until after and it was 10:11 when we were ready to start. Massage ended at 11. Did not receive full 60 minutes and also paid for a foot treatment which I thought would’ve have added time onto the 60 minutes and not as a part of it.

Somers Point, NJ - both the manager and facial estetician lied. They offered a facial cleansing cream without disclosing the extra cost. Estetician lied that she informed of the extra cost and manger lied further in that they showed the plastic list of services.

First visit. Was very satisfied. Waiting for second visit with same therapist. Very happy!! I will probably use your two locations in Egg harbor & Somers Point. Depending on my work schedule i will choose the best location for that week.

I wasnt highly satisfied because the products used didnt have a good smell. Felt like the room could have more to be more relaxing. The therapists pressure was too hard for me. Although she was very friendly and communicative .

Poor interaction with receptionist. Manager not friendly or knowledgeable.

The cloth over the face brace smelled moldy but it was replaced when brought to the attention of the therapist

I added on eyes and lips, hands and feet. I didn’t know this wouldn’t add any time on and just took away from the time of my facial. It seemed like it was only like 20 to 25 minutes of working on my face and just had the normal time of the facial as my total time. Started and nine and done by ten

My massage only lasted 45 minutes. Arrived at 550. Was called into the room at 605. Massage ended at 650. I was out of the room before 7. Not the first time I got a short massage.
