Hand and Stone

The front desk staff wasn't very welcoming. My appointment didn't start on time. There was no music playing in my room and the massage therapist did apologize. It just made it a bit awkward but the massage was still great.

Eyes were watering and had blurry vision after treatment, never had that experience before. Don’t know if it was the UV light.

The main concern is the cost...has become pretty steep...other than that everything is fine

I was very hughly satisfied with my massage therapist during my visit to Hand and Stone. My wait time was not long and the therapist took the time to talk to me about what I need out of my massage.

Kept getting reminders. Also a lady called and said women who booked my appointment said she should have told me a few things.

Did not spend enough time on pain area

I tried booking online and I couldn't complete it since the vérification code for creating an account was never sent. I tried several times. Then the in person scheduling had less options for availability.

I purchased a gift card for my friend for $100. At check out, she was told that her services were covered by the gift card. In reality, the services cost $95.91 and she should have had a balance left on the card. It's not that big of a deal as it was only a few dollars, but it seemed dishonest and weird. Maybe she would have wanted to purchase a product and could have taken a few dollars off. It was a little disappointing. The message therapist was excellent though.

I was very satisfied with my experience. My therapist was excellent and the staff there were pleasant.

It is taking longer and longer to book or be seen. I asked the receptionist in Somers Point prior to take out for 2 appointments. Found out in EHT office that it was not done.
