Massage experience was very nice. When the masseuse (Beth) came out to the lobby (without a mask), she asked if I wanted her to wear a mask in the room. I asked her if she was vaccinated and she said no, so I asked her to wear a mask. She was completely fine with that but, to come out to the lobby without one on just doesn't seem right. Also, I was booked for an hour massage but, when it was over I looked at the clock and it was only 50 minutes.

First experience at Hand and Stone and it was a birthday gift for me, and one of the services I was expecting did not get performed; however, what I did receive was good. I went home considered and signed up for a membership to explore the services more.

I recommend becoming Infection-Busters certified and letting your customers choose vaccinated vs unvaccinated staff / therapists.

Really the only problem was just that the previous person with my therapist took awhile but I was notified before showing up and my ride was late so it wasn't really a problem

My daughter had a massage at the same time with a different therapist and said her therapist provided multiple hot towels during the session and massaged her face. I only received one hot towel after massage was over to use to freshen up. Also I did not receive any massage to face but I did have make up on so that could be why. Also, the credit card I used to book the appointment was charged for the tip instead of the credit card used to pay for massages.

The therapist was very nice but I would have loved having my neck, shoulders and lower back, my problem areas, worked on more!

I wanted to leave a $10 cash tip for my massage therapist, but realized I only had a $20. I asked the receptionist if she had change for a $20 and was told ‘no’. Seriously? I had to go to a WaWa to get change and return in order to leave a tip. I was also never asked if I would like to make an appointment for a return visit. There were two girls at the reception area the entire time(prior to my appt and after my appt). They did nothing but sit and talk the whole time. Waste of your money to have two receptionists.
