It says 1 hour massage however that takes into account the "busy" work. A 1 hour massage should be exactally that... 1 hour of massage.

Massage therapist was not my favorite, but she was very, very nice and lovely. Very accommodating, but didn't do much massaging.

It was a okay experience

The room wasn’t playing any music, I thought it could have been a more relaxing atmosphere. My therapist didn’t ask for feedback on the pressure. I would have liked more but felt uncomfortable asking.

I think I would have liked a better explanation of available services. Like maybe examples. I was confused about the membership and what it offers other than a free massage or facial. I would really like to set up a regime but was left wanting.

I was satisfied with my visit to eht. Hand and stone. It was first time there. I usually go to manahawkin hanoand stone and it is very difficult to ever get an appointment there anymore

I feel my massage therapist is exemplary & I regularly request Roseanne. I miss a heated massage table, but understand this is likely a Covid byproduct. I also always appreciated a bottle or cup of water at the end, but have not received one in past visits. Little things, otherwise very happy.

my massage therapist was knowledge and friendly. It was a Monday morning and the radio was out of battery so there was dead silence in the room , and the room lacked a spa atmosphere

My only complaint was the aesthetician did not properly clean my face afterwards. I went out to eat afterwards and used the restroom and noticed I had black mud all over my face.
