I was 10 minutes early for my massage as instructed. I completed the forms within the 10 minutes. I was brought back into the room at my scheduled time and changes within 2 minutes. The therapist did not come back into the room until 9:15 and my massage only lasted 40 minutes. Also the therapist was not very personable. She did not introduce herself.

Experience of facial overall was ok . The floor was a little dirty.

The massage was too oily and the pressure was not enough although it was discussed prior to the session.

There is only one massage therapist at the site. My husband and I could not take the same hour. Both of our therapists are no longer there.

I know its a learning curve but was so happy with prior experiences and now you have relatively new and younger technicians who need more coaching to understand my needs

I have a few sessions bought that I haven’t used. I like to get a full Himalaya treatment with my 50 minute massage, and do not like that I can’t use $30 of my unused session session one time and then the other half on next. I shouldn’t have to pay out more money each session when I already have sessions on the books that I have paid for. I was told the sessions can’t be broken up. Because of this reason, I’m considering not continuing the service.

The massage therapist, Patricia, was very competent and did a very professional job with the massage. However, this time I waited 10 to 15 minutes before I went in when my friend had already started her massage and we came together for the same time. Then, she came out after me. This is an unusual circumstance but I felt that the session was short. I do not want to blame massage therapist. It may be that one of her other clients was late. Also, the receptionist suddenly wanted to charge me $10 more for the session when I have never done that before, and I have 10 sessions waiting for me to use. If I bought the sessions at a given price I expect that that’s what I will pay at the session. I had no add on services. She did ultimately correct the situation. I just hope that Hand And Stone doesn’t suddenly try to increase the price on sessions I’ve already paid for. Also, I have 10 free sessions and they are telling me I would have to use them in three months if I suspended my membership. I think that’s a bit unfair as well. If I paid for them, I should be able to use them whenever until they are used up. Needless to say, you have taken my money in advance.

There was a mix up with appointment times but the receptionist was able to move around therapists to accommodate the issue.

Waiting area very bright. No one explained products for sale . No one tried to sell me a mem

They cut my swedish massage short because It was my first time and we had to talk which was the only thing I didn't enjoy. She didnt get to finish because we ran out of time which was disappointing especially for my first time there.
