Hand and Stone

I made an appointment for facials for myself and 2 others. When we arrived, the receptionist informed us that the reservation said massages, not facials. And for facials, there were only room for 2 of us, not 3. This was a Sister get together. One had to leave without her facial. We were very disappointed.

I tried to book on line and kept having an issue with my password. It still is not resolved.

Felt the massage therapist could use more pressure and what I wanted, not what she preferred.

I asked for upper body massage only and she still worked on my hands and feet and barely any time on my neck . She gave a great deep tissue massage tho and I plan on returning to her with double verbal conformation with my needs .

I booked two services facial which was satisfying but the massage wasn't as good I expected... I usually go for massage every week to a specific place. Wanted to try at hand and stone unfortunately wasn't happy about it... whereas I might continue my membership for facial... thanks
