The entire experience was relaxing. The masseuse asked if I wanted her to concentrate on certain areas and listened to my response—concentrating on back, shoulders, head, and neck. I decided to purchase a membership and treat myself to a massage once a month. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The atmosphere was very relaxing. This was my first massage so I was a little nervous. They made me feel at ease. It was wonderful. I booked another massage.

Convenient location, excellent staff and reasonable pricing. Although the pricing is good, as a retired person I have to manage my discretionary income. At this point, I find getting facials very relaxing and helpful in improving my skin. I'm not certain I can continue membership indefinitely, but I really enjoy the splurge right now! Mansi is a wonderful aesthetician.

Rayven is wonderful. She takes the time to explain how my skin is doing and what treatment would be best for it. She's friendly, respectful, accommodating and very knowledgeable. She's the best. I'd like to say something about Mansi, though. I had her for the first time a few months ago but was never asked for a review, so this is my first opportunity to give my opinion. I will never use her again. She is very abrupt and cares more about selling products than anything else. There were 3 or 4 products she recommended for me, which is crazy. When I told I was using one of the ones she was recommending, she suggested another one. And I really had no problem to deal with, but she worked hard to find one. And she is not friendly or warm. It was a very bad experience, and I've been getting facials at this Hand & Stone for a very long time.

Friendly clean quiet atmosphere. Excellent products and services. Raven is young but she understands my mature skin. My complexion looks great due to her care and encouragement. So glad I could get a deep tissue massage from Daniel too!
