I was not expecting to get a massage this past Friday and the receptionist called me since they had an opening last minute. Everything was easy and I enjoyed the last minute relaxation before the start of the weekend.

I really was happy with the information I was given as it was my first time getting a massage! The therapist was super nice and really listened to what I wanted worked on, made me feel very comfortable.

Everything I encountered in my visit was excellent. The reception explained the intake form, she was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. The esthetician introduced herself and was exceptionally kind and friendly. She explained the procedure and told me of additional services which I took advantage of. I could not have asked for a better experience during my facial. Raven was also very knowledgeable about the available products. I enjoyed my experience at Hand & Stone and will definitely return.
