My therapist is experienced and does a great job.

It is a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for service. The therapist I had (Kelly) was very knowledgeable, really worked some problem areas, suggested other techniques, and was very pleasant. My visit accomplished what I had hoped- to have a nice, calm massage and to have tension spots worked on. The person at the front desk was very calming and helpful so the total experience was a positive one from start to finish.

JOSH, at the Reception Desk, is always very friendly & welcoming! He's one big reason I keep coming back. He goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule & always ready to help. Truly an asset to Hand and Stone!

My therapist, Carlonda, is the best there is. I have multiple issues, and she helps so much. We've developed a relationship over time, and she knows my body very well, to the extent that even my tiniest reaction makes her ask questions about pain and activity. I also love the knowledge she shares about how muscles and joints work.

Paris was incredible! She was knowledgeable, professional, extremely kind and warm and I could not speak more highly of her. What an asset she is to your organization!

Great massage. Very relaxing. Space was relaxing and comforting as well.

Zay was great and attentive! He was respectful and listened to what I needed. He made my day. The upfront receptionist however (male with braids) was less than ideal when greeting me and it felt very awkward when I looked at him and said hello and he chose not to acknowledge my presence. Even the women customer next to me look at me then him like "is he going to acknowledge you". He was doing something on the PC then when he was finished he FINALLY looked at me.. THEN acknowledged me. It was so awkward

The pressure she applied was to my liking - she always asks. She founf the problem area and tried to un-knotted but not completely
