I’ve been highly satisfied with each of my appts and the most recent massage was just wonderful! I tried the cold stone mini facial and will definitely add this service again!

I thought that value was well worth it. Everything was clean and felt comfortable and relaxing. I did wish they offered tea and some kind of relaxation room just to have moment to collect your thoughts and let the full experience settle in.

The service was excellent. It was relaxing, My skin looked good.

My first massage at Hand and Hot Stone was fantastic! I am recovering from edema in my feet and legs and Brandon took great care of me. He provided just the right amount of pressure as he thoroughly worked on the affected area. Ashley was polite and helpful throughout the booking and fulfillment process. The only issue is no one ever answers the phone. I called several times and days to book an appointment prior to booking online because I had questions with no answer. I even called several times today to get the masseuse name prior to completing the survey and again no answer.

Melody was great! She was very detail oriented and hit every spot I needed worked out. Her pressure was great and she was very friendly. I would see her again definitely!

Provided suggestions to help me in the future.
