Friendly staff, great service and welcoming environment

Very good facial. Sometimes a bit difficult to understand the aesthetician due to her accent. She was very aware of the fact that I told her I get hot so she was hesitant to use the steam...it was ok to use afterall. I felt like I was there for more than an hour which was a nice bonus after having experienced 1-1/2 hour facials previously.

Rebecca the receptionist was terrific in making the appointment and the reception once I arrived. Carlunda the massage therapist was sensational and very thorough in the massage. Due to the professionalism of these two ladies I joined Hand & Stone.

This was only my second facial in as many years and Cam made it a comfortable and enjoyable experience! She made sure I understood each step and explained the process and products in detail. It was both relaxing and productive!
