The brief wait time and friendly check -in started the experience on a good note. My therapist Kia did a fantastic job and used good pressure and technique. I walked away relaxed and happy because the entire experience was easy and pleasant.

Overall ambiance of the facility—clean and relaxing. Personnel were friendly and welcoming. Products were recommended but no hard pressure to purchase items as I’ve encountered in other spas—that kind of defeats the purpose which is to relax and unwind!
