Prices increased. Not fixing my ability 2 book online. This has been an issue for months

Your company takes money from you monthly. But if a family emergency happens and you can’t use your accumulated services, you want to bill us $10.00 a month to put it on hold till we catch up!!! That is flat out wrong!!!!! And, only for 3 months! If you end your membership, you only have 3 months to use your accumulated services or loose what you paid for!!! That is theft!!!!! And, criminal!!!! Your corporate policies need change!!!!! Your franchises should follow one set of procedures nationwide!!!!!!!!!! My complaint is with your Wellington Florida franchise. I find their manager rude and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!

Most of my time appointments are full, you get odd hours, and some times therapist are not putting enough pressure

Loved my experience at Hand and Stone! Kayla who did my facial is very knowledgeable and super nice. Tonya, did an amazing job with my massage, she knows her craft and very friendly as well. Overall experience is 10 out of 10. Highly recommended Hand and Stone!!!

The online paperwork was filled out but the ipads weren't working so had to answer the same questions. Also forgot to do a add-on but i was ok with that because I didn't get charged.

I was highly satisfied, except for the fact that I specifically asked my therapist to work on a specific area, and I feel like she didn’t do it. In fact that area may have gotten the least amount of attention. The massage was great, but I would’ve liked more focus on that spot like I requested.
