Hand and Stone

Loved my experience at Hand and Stone! Kayla who did my facial is very knowledgeable and super nice. Tonya, did an amazing job with my massage, she knows her craft and very friendly as well. Overall experience is 10 out of 10. Highly recommended Hand and Stone!!!

Prices keep going up and I don't feel we get anything extra from it.

The online paperwork was filled out but the ipads weren't working so had to answer the same questions. Also forgot to do a add-on but i was ok with that because I didn't get charged.

Cost has increased significantly

Transparency of charges and product cost could have been better.

I was highly satisfied, except for the fact that I specifically asked my therapist to work on a specific area, and I feel like she didn’t do it. In fact that area may have gotten the least amount of attention. The massage was great, but I would’ve liked more focus on that spot like I requested.

The reception area and rooms could be nicer. The products offered during the massage could be better. I live dermalogica, id like to see more of their products available to buy and member discounts on it.

I might travel abroad in the future so I need to stop buying membership for a while

The massage therapist was great knew what he was doing very friendly, respectable, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.
