The total experience was much better than I previously experienced with a competitor massage chain. It was not the same experience I had with a massage therapist that was part of a sports medicine practice. Definitely relaxing with good focus on problem areas but not as therapeutic as I experienced with a sports medicine practice. So overall satisfied. I believe this will move to highly satisfied on future visits.

The person that checked me out at the end of my appointment needs alot of training in customer service. he was boarderline rude. Like i was bothering him when i wasent sure how he was applying my gift card and using my membership. He hardly communicated with me at all.

I’ve had many massages in my life and while this one was ok, it was nothing special. I felt super greasy everywhere after. The therapist was nice and cordial but did not ask me any questions about why I was there and what I was looking for. I felt like she just went through the motions.

When I made my appointment there was a very skilled customer service rep very nice and informative however. Im a new customer The rep there during my Appt. 6-30-22 was on the phone when I came in never said (Please hold I'll be with you or anything) (Have a seat someone will be with you) then during my check out she ask how will you be paying cash or card.(I said I have a gift card) she said do you know how much is on here or should I check. I said it's 110 she said ok. It's 85.OO do you want to give the rest for gratuity I said sure. She said OK thanks. Never asked how was your massage?Would you like to schedule a appointment? join membership?not even Enjoy your day as if all I have to spend was a gift card. She was total opposite of the 1st rep.Good customer SVC is for all.

I enjoyed everything about my session I did purchase add ons like the lavender aromatherapy a scalp massage and cold stone face massage that were not completed or addressed by my massage therapist. I’m not sure if she was aware they were purchased or if the time booked for the appointment just didn’t not allow for them to be completed but I was charged for them. Overall I had a good experience and would book another session in the future.

The lobby had mist machines that was releasing a fragrance that was too strong- there were 2 machines in a small area

I have worked at a competitors salon and I do not like the hard sell for membership AFTER my massage. It is something that should be offered at check in .. “If you live your massage we have great membership deals we can discuss after if you’d like” I even asked her not to do that when I came out and she said she had to and did it anyway .. that ruins the benefit of feeling relaxed after I spend money at the spa.
