The lobby had mist machines that was releasing a fragrance that was too strong- there were 2 machines in a small area

I was satisfied but I wasn’t told that my regular therapist was no longer working there until I came in for my appointment.

I have worked at a competitors salon and I do not like the hard sell for membership AFTER my massage. It is something that should be offered at check in .. “If you live your massage we have great membership deals we can discuss after if you’d like” I even asked her not to do that when I came out and she said she had to and did it anyway .. that ruins the benefit of feeling relaxed after I spend money at the spa.

I completed the registration information online, but it didn’t save. I booked a 60 minute massage, but only received 45 minutes of actual massage time.

i wanted a 2 hour appointment but none was avilable for the next month

I have called Marietta location 3 days in a row to get form to cancel. I was lied to by Elizabeth 2 days in a row. Today someone else said Ruby will handle it tomorrow. I want this straightened out immediately

Wanted longer time

It was was easy. The facility was clean. The price was acceptable. The staff was knowledgeable.

I reported the burns to the assistant manager who informed me that she would credit my account for the cost of the eyebrow wax and have the spa manager contact me. I have not received the credit nor a phone call. The burns are painful and I’m concerned about scarring.

There are other massage companies that offer the same level of service for less and I’m not tied to a monthly contract. That is more attractive to me. I like the membership price you all have though.
