I have called Marietta location 3 days in a row to get form to cancel. I was lied to by Elizabeth 2 days in a row. Today someone else said Ruby will handle it tomorrow. I want this straightened out immediately

It was was easy. The facility was clean. The price was acceptable. The staff was knowledgeable.

I reported the burns to the assistant manager who informed me that she would credit my account for the cost of the eyebrow wax and have the spa manager contact me. I have not received the credit nor a phone call. The burns are painful and I’m concerned about scarring.

There are other massage companies that offer the same level of service for less and I’m not tied to a monthly contract. That is more attractive to me. I like the membership price you all have though.

I felt like the therapist was pushing more services and even when I said I did not want to she kept pushing. I don't appreciate that and would prefer they just accept what I made the appointment for. Giving the menu of options is fine but adding additional costs is not appreciated.

I was satisfied with my experience, but didn’t choose highly satisfied because I felt very pressured to join the membership program after my visit. I said no a few times, but both the front desk person and someone in the office who didn’t even show their face were being a little pushy despite me saying no.

The experience was good but nothing out of the ordinary. I am a little sore today, but expected. Hoping future appointments will have less soreness afterwards.
