I would recommend the place because of the great customer service and price. However, the massage was a little rough. I have had better massages for about the same value & price. I will return probably and ask for another massage therapist.

I have had many massages at a variety of locations. I scheduled a 60 minute massage and was taken back at my appointment time, 11:00 am. I undressed and then waited another 5 minutes before the therapist was back in the room 11:11 am. She completed the massage at 11:54 am. I was disappointed that my massage was only 43 minutes (this usually doesn't happen at other places, the schedule is more staggered to allow for a few minutes and a complete experience.) My therapist was good, but I'm not sure she focused my problem areas and she spent time moving a heater. Not the best, not the worst, but for sure the shortest. Maybe space out the appointments more - she also did not meet me at reception after the massage which I'm used to.

I loved the front desk experience didn’t know about the change of ownership and that there was a problem with my membership. They worked everything out and got me in for a facial. Cam was very nice and knowledgeable but a bit pushy, she did do a good job on the facial but pushed the waxing of my eyebrows and upper lip. Three days later I’m still red and broken out on the upper lip area from where she waxed. I will have another facial but not sure about the waxing products. Can’t wait for my massage on the 6th.

The massage was 50 minutes instead of a full 60 but it was a good one nonetheless l

It was a good massage experience but Nothing wowed me.

No relaxing music playing in the background. The massage room was too warm.

Overall I enjoyed my experience. I did get a membership. Only thing is I was not given the full 50 minutes. I arrived early and my service was started 10-15 mins late. Not too happy about that. But the massage and the therapist was great!

I thought it was strange a scalp massage was not included in the service if you said not to spend as much time on one area to leave time fir a scalp massage

Everything was great but I received a facial and I wasn’t too fond of that. I’ve only received one other in my life and to me the one I had here was just a waste of money.

Prefer deeper pressure. Had very poor quality massage at location near my home so went to another 30 minutes away. Therapist I like near home booked for weeks online. I left message requesting call back from location near me and call not returned.
