I love Kia, she is kind and attentive to my needs. She always makes sure that my problem areas are taken care of.

I feltt like the microdermabrasion did not remove the impurities from my pores. I was still able to express a lot of oil and dirt from my pores when I got home from my appointment .

1. It was very light massage and was not asked for the feedback of pressure. 2. I have to ask for the towel after the massage for cleaning the oil; usually many places you get a hot towel default. 3. The time of the massage for the massage start to end was about 50 mins.

I could not understand her well bc of accent and didn’t get to point of why to use each product. Thus, I didn’t know the best products or add ons for me and I didn’t know what she used and what it was for. Also, I did not care for the type/style of massage. Too fast and not relaxing. She was very nice but I like a different experience w a facial.

So so service, no real relaxation room, and no shower areas.

I liked my experience,but I’m confused that the mask I used .....the last time was not the same yet I paid for the same treatment.Also no extractions were done like last time. Each experience I have has been different. I would like consistency. I would like to know why and what is being done....verbally

I did not love the product upchages during the facial. I do not mind at all if I am paying for an “add on” ..like a peel or microdermabrasion, but to have to pay extra for my mask or to use a good exfoliator when those are simply included at other places I get facials, that didn’t sit well. I know that is yalls business model but a custom facial should include enough product availability to customize it for the person skin type. Instead I think there is only one base option for the mask? Maybe I misunderstood. Aside from that the esthetician did a good job.

Super clean and relaxing enviroment

It was a relaxing experience. Trying to promote anti aging ways to treat my skin.

I recommend providing / offering additional blankets. Beds were directly exposed to air vents. Rooms were small.
