I was satisfied with Hiromi's massage. However, forms to be completed by first time customers took time and a more efficient way was to have attached it to email appointment reminder. Client would then have option of completing form before showing up for appointment. I was not told to come 15 minutes prior to my appointment in order to complete form.

The estatition had to get equipment. It wasn't ready. She was ready. She used cold water alot and it wasn't relaxing. It was hurried. She was very sweet. I liked her alot.

I was satisfied with the massage and the provider was very nice. I have had massages that get a little deeper. But overall she was great!

I felt overwhelmed at the end by the staff trying to sell me several skin products as well as selling me a plan for future services. I told them I had just received call my husband that he was in ER at hospital and I had to go / quickly. They understood, but kept on selling. I wanted to pay and go to hospital - not buy products or services. The other point is that a high percent of woman do not want to be told they have ‘lots of wrinkles’ around eyes so need eye products. I think there are more influential approaches that will maintain self esteem and be more intriguing. Such as, ‘a benefit to this product is...’ Or, You mentioned an interest in...this product has been developed to Target this.
