I had trouble scheduling online. I called and they were really helpful. Therapist was knowledgeable and checked in to see if pressure was ok throughout. I usually go to a different place for massage on a regular basis and had a gift card here. My experience was so great I bought a monthly membership!!

Hand and Stone has a wide variety of schedule options that can fit with any availability. The staff is kind and attentive and very good at what they do. I will definitely be returning for more massages and want to try a facial soon as well.

From start to finish I was happy. Even when they had a last minute staff call out, to the ease of rebooking and the recovery, to calling right back with a cancellation and still getting me in. I booked another appt before I left - that’s how happy I was.

I was running late but they still kept my appt. They called to make sure I was on my way. The person who gave me the massage even worked on me an extra few mins. I had not slept in 6 days and I was desperate for a massage. It even helped with my anxiety and I was finally able to get some sleep

Technician reviewed prior appointments and asked questions to tailor experience. She also was very knowledgeable about products and answering questions. All staff were extremely accommodating
