I had trouble booking my appointment online. I noticed your hours online said the office was still open. I called and the lady that helped me was very friendly and offered me an upgrade for my trouble. I was not upset or anything. It was so kind of her to do this and completely unexpected. Btw… best upgrade ever! Made my massage even better!

Staff is friendly and welcoming and the reception and work areas are always clean and relaxing.

I ended up scheduling a same day appointment. I wasn't overly sold anything. I ended up with a membership but I was looking into it before I walked in so it wasn't a pressured sale.
