I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associates were very kind and helpful. The store took great caution of mask-wearing, social distancing, and sanitizing.

I was able to come in and buy the exact items that I needed. The staff was able to locate the items I needed and answer all the questions I had on the day. I do want to note that I did not feel welcomed in the store. Probably because I wasn’t dressed very fancy. Felt rushed when selecting and constantly under surveillance. Maybe it was me, but I know what I felt, it was uncomfortable.
