Pandora Jewelry

I went to get a present for my niece for her 15 years old birthday. I left with a necklace, earrings and the matching ring. The sales associate was so so helpful that made the entire transaction and the experience so pleasant. Also she was talking to us in Spanish which I love it! I had my parents with me so they also enjoyed it because they were able to understand the whole customer experience by being their first time in the store.

The sale associate who helped me out was knowledgeable, friendly, and great at everything I wanted to view. The place was clean and neat.

The supervisor Luis is very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable in the store. This will be my home store for now on.

Overall I was happy with my experience in this Pandora , the quality was better than expected. Also , I found what I needed . I will be coming back .

The sales associate Michelle was incredibly helpful. I wasn’t so sure which size would be best since it was my first purchase but she helped clarify and even helped me pick out two charms.
