Then I was under the impression getting my bracelet cleaned was going to be different all she did was clean it with a cloth I could’ve done it myself. The salesperson didn’t explain to me how much was the charm before ringing it up she should’ve told me the price in advance as you can see I purchased them anyway

I was overcharged for a bracelet, i went back to the store within 30 mins from my purchase and the issue was resolved

I didn’t get a pair of earrings but two of left side. So have to return to the store again.

There’s limited selection. Staff in the evening doesn’t seem as friendly as those during the day but might have just been a rough day who knows.
