Mother’s Day not sale

I was not advised that the bracelet I purchased came in multiple sizes which is why I needed to exchange it. The sales associate on the initial purchase only spoke Spanish which made it difficult to communicate

There were not too many family charms like for sisters, niece etc. There is always room for improvement

Nothing on the store but not being able to browse the store was something new to me.

I understand the need to sell items, especially during this pandemic, but honestly, the sales representatives' pushiness rubbed me the wrong way. It was as if I HAD to apply for a Credit Card to get the discount. I am a school teacher, and teachers are already given 10% off. Yet they didn't mention any of their government/teacher discounts, it was only APPLY for the card! APPLY!!!

De verdad considero que pandora es una tienda muy organizada y proyectada al 100% en brindarle. la mejor calidad y comodidad a los cliente .. Muy buen servicio

Didn't have a large selection of items in the particular area of charms I was looking for.

The service was great

Me gusto el trato dentro de la tienda, además de que a pesar que había mucha gente el servicio fue excelente de parte de los empleados.
