Sales person did not ask me if I wanted to purchase bag, she just charged me. I hate waste, I had a shopping bag with me and Pandora bags at home I could have given my gift in. Otherwise I was satisfied with everything else.

Few items were unavailable, and I couldn’t get store credit when I asked to return a bracelet I bought over 30 days ago.

I love pandora jewelry I really do. From the display I say the rose gold dangling lady bug . Immediately I was going to purchase but when the sales rep gave me the actual item it was not shining and the appearance was dull. I was disappointed and for this small dull item was $65. That’s unfortunate.

The store I go to in Jackson Heights, NY isn't that big so sometimes they don't have the items that I see online or in the catalog.

I was highly statisfied with my experience in this pandora for many reasons. The lady was super nice, patience with me. She took the time to explain everything to me. She showed me what i was looking for. She also showed me a variety of charms that suited well with my bracelet. i felt like i had so many questions, and she did not look annoyed or upset at all. she was very nice as i said.
