The person is no nice.

I am a good customer and fan of Pandora jewelry but I don't understand why they give out those $10 discount surveys when sometimes there is a special like Valentine's Day that cannot be used. It doesn't seem fair to me that they tell you either you use your coupon or you prefer the promotion. Very dissatisfied and I don't think I will return or recommend anyone else.

Some workers seem like they didn’t want to be bothered when all I wanted was to ask a question about the product that I was looking to buy I was real close to walking out but other then that everything was ok.

The personal assistance in that store is really rude! Unless you buy most expensive items they show you, and this is every time I go there!

I wanted to be in an out for just rings. However, I kept getting Upsold 3x after strictly saying this is all I want to leave with today. Let me look n shop for a second before bombarded and upsold. It’s discomforting not being able to shop in peace for a second

The sale person was very rude like she dint want to be bothered at all. Like you begin for them girls to help you.

My associate had an attitude. She was not pleasant. I've been to this location before and have always been satisfied with the service. This associate had poor customer service skills.

I went to the store nearly the closing time. One of the store assistant not likely to energetic helping she work too slow and unhelpful in show the item I was looking for. I have to open my cell phone like the catalog while i was in store.

They are not allowing us to try the ear rings before we buy it
